Privacy policy
This policy explains how Invelogic Sp. z o.o. processes personal data and cookies on invelogic.pl.

2. Data we collect
- Data you send by email or phone (name, email, phone, message). There is no contact form on this website.
- Cookie-consent preference stored in localStorage.
- CVs and recruitment data sent to rekrutacja@invelogic.pl.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Responding to enquiries and performing a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). Recruitment — Art. 6(1)(a) or (c) depending on the stage. Analytics / marketing — only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); pixels are not currently enabled.
4. Cookies
- Essential — storing your consent. These do not require consent.
- Analytics / marketing — only after “Accept all”. This version of the site does not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
You can withdraw your choice by clearing site data in the browser — the banner will appear again.
5. Recipients
Website hosting: dhosting.pl (Poland). Fonts (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans) are served from our server — we do not use Google Fonts.
The “Get directions” button and the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn icons open third-party sites in a new tab — a connection starts only after you click.
We embed Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) only after you click “Accept all” or “Show map”. Until then we do not load Google scripts or iframes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The site and fonts stay on hosting in the European Union. Exception: after the Google map is loaded, or after you click “Get directions” / social icons, Google, Meta or LinkedIn may process technical data (including IP address) also outside the EEA, under those providers’ terms (including standard contractual clauses).
7. Retention
- Email and phone correspondence — for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then until any related claims become time-barred.
- CVs and recruitment data — for the duration of that recruitment, then deleted unless you agree to longer storage.
- Cookie-consent preference (localStorage) — until you clear this site’s data in your browser.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, a complaint to the Polish DPA (uodo.gov.pl), and withdrawal of consent.
